Cookie Dough Fundraiser

The Cookie Dough Fundraiser benefitting the 5th grade Out- door Science School trip will begin on Monday, October 31st and orders are due on Monday, November 14th. Delivery day will be on Wednesday, November 30th after school.

Children will be bringing home the order forms and booklet in their Monday folders. This fundraiser is coordinated through Families for Stevenson, but all proceeds go toward the 5th grade Outdoor Science School event in January. This is an ex- cellent way to help offset your contribution to the trip if you have a 5th grader attending.

We encourage all students to par-ticipate in the fundraiser because if you don’t have one yet, one day you will have a 5th grader too. Please make any checks payable to Families for Stevenson (FFS).

Chipotle Dine Out

This Monday, October 17th, the Chipotle on Riverside Drive are holding a Dine Out in support of FFS. 50% of all sales between 11am and 8pm made with a Stevenson Flyer will be donated back to FFS to support our Arts programs.

Look for a flyer in your child’s backpack or download one now and print it out.

Thursday, May 26th. Eat in or take out. It doesn’t matter so long as you take along this flyer. A portion of your bill will go to support FFS.

Screaming Daily Deals

Your children will be bringing home a form for a FREE and EASY fundraiser. All you have to do is fill out the form and send it back to school.

Our school receives $1 for every parent that chooses to sign up. Plus, if you ever purchase a Screamin Daily Deals, 10% of the proceeds are donated to our school all year round! Each Teacher/Classroom that has 80% participation will receive a $50.00 Visa gift card to spend on what they need for their classroom.

In order for the school to get the dollar and the teacher to have a chance of the gift card, you should use the paper form rather than signing up directly on their website.

Stevenson Rocks! Second Annual Classic Car Show

Do you own a pre-80s classic car you would like to show off at the Stevenson Rocks! Second Annual Classic Car Show, Silent Auction & Concert fundraiser?

The event is Friday May 6th, 5-9pm.

CAR SHOW APPLICATION

Car owners need to check in between 3:30-4:30pm. Arrive at the side gate on California to enter the playground. Cars must remain on the playground until 9pm (no early outs).

Cookie Dough

A big thank you to all the students, families and friends who participated in the Cookie Dough fundraiser and helped raise money for the upcoming fifth grade Outdoor Science School. Your generous purchases and contributions have made it possible to fund this wonderful opportunity. Our top seller this year was fifth grader Marin Grote with 69 items, raising $923! Overall our school has sold 1324 items and brought in $17,912 in sales, with the 5th grade class themselves having earned $2618 towards their own Outdoor Science School fees. Way to go!

Students in Mrs. Hill, Mr. Blank and Ms. Goulding’s classes will leave January 3 for a week of intensive and fun studies at Thousand Pines Science Camp in Crestline, CA, near Lake Arrowhead. It’s something that all students at Stevenson look forward to doing their last year, and our fifth graders are very excited to go!

Thank you to Families For Stevenson for sponsoring this fantastic educational venture, and to Felicia Cain and Laurie Grote for their efforts to make this happen.

COOKIE DOUGH FUNDRAISER – Just in time for the Holidays!

It is holiday time again and it’s time to order your cookie dough and cheesecakes. On November 1st your student will come home with a packet to sell.

All proceeds go to Stevenson Elementary’s Outdoor Science School. The cost of the camp is $330.00 per student and all 5th graders are invited.

Every 5th grader that sells cookie dough will have 30% of their sales taken off their cost. All other monies raised go towards buses and scholarship funds.

The students will be going to Outdoor Science School on January 3rd and will return on January 7th. Please help support our students by participating in our Cookie Dough Fundraiser and save yourself some time by purchasing all your holiday treats.

There will be prizes awarded for all levels of sellers. Top sellers will go on a limo ride to the park for lunch with Miss Ginnetti.
