Well it’s finally here.  Stevenson Rocks! is upon us.  Along side all the great music and games, we’ll be holding our annual Silent Auction and Opportunity Draws.

Don’t waste time on the night, plan your shopping now.  You could even ask your out of town family if there’s anything they’d like you to bid on for them!

Stevenson Rocks around the Arts with a Classic Car Show!

Do you own a pre-80s classic car you would like to show off at the Stevenson Rocks Around the Arts Silent Auction & Concert fundraiser?

The event is Friday May 7th,  5-9pm.

Car owners need to register in advance – download a registration form here:

Car owners need to check in between 4-5pm. Arrive at the side gate on California to enter the playground. Cars must remain on the  playground until 9pm (no early outs).

Winning groups will be those with the highest percentage increase in qualified dines in

20% of proceeds from orders will go to Families For Stevenson but you must print out and fill in a copy of this coupon!

FFS enriches the education of our children by providing Art, Music, Dance and other specialty programs to Stevenson Elementary. So eat some delicious pizza while supporting your favorite school programs!

Read-A-Thon Challenge 2009

bookstackAt the start of the summer we asked our students to take on the Read-A-Thon Challenge.  Our aim was to keep our students reading through the summer while raising much needed funds for the our school library.

We our are proud to announce that our students rose to the challenge and made our first ever Read-A-Thon and amazing success!    Particpants strengthened their reading skills and raised $2,462.50 for our librarian!

We would like to thank all our students who participated and Gina Boulais for all the work she put into organizing this event.
